Rather than accept the way things are, people who have a vision
for how things might be and the courage to change it are often
called mavericks. Mavericks are often described as free spirits or free thinkers; they may
belong to sub or countercultures, which can lead to substantial and
meaningful change to the way subgroups are seen, understood, and
treated in societies. Here, ASMR is the marverick in this project.
This print publication tells the story, celebrates the differences, and captures the splendour of ASMR, a niche that has influenced the emotional cultures and ways of thinking. Furthermore, the relevant website
offers the opportunity to celebrate ASMR
through the online promotion platform of a sensory exhibition in which to motivate the public to join the realm of ASMR.
